If your account is listed as inactive, this can be for one of two reasons:
- Your account is not active within the school's management system. If this is the case, please contact the school directly to update this status. Due to security purposes, KidReports cannot reactivate your account.
- There are no children attached to your account in KidReports. If this is the case, please contact your school directly and ask that they attach your child to your parent account; KidReports is unable to do this due to security purposes.
