We have a new family that came from another school that uses KidReports and they would like to link their old and new accounts.How do we link accounts between schools?

To create a center link request you can follow these easy steps:

1.On you admin portal, click on utilities tab in the upper right corner of your screen

2.Select link request from the drop down menu

3.Click "Link Family member from other center"

4.Add first and last name of the family member and their previous center's name

5.Click the "Look up" button

6.Once a match has been found, click on link request, and one will be sent to the other center's director for approval.

7.You can review the status of your link request by clicking on the "View Link Requests" in blue
