Parents are not receiving their emails, how can I see if they are being delivered?

To check to see the status of a parent’s email communication delivery:

  1. Click on the parent’s account in the family member list
  2. Click on View Notices (in blue letters) on the right hand side of the account page
  3. Click on a line item that is an email (It will have a date and time stamp) to open it.
  4. Verify that it has been processed and delivered. If it has been opened it will state that.

If it doesn’t state that it has been opened, it could be in the parent’s spam folder. Notify the parent that is has been processed and delivered.

If it states that it has bounced, dropped or deferred please contact KidReports tech support to look into the matter.
