If a parent states they are not receiving notifications, it is important to check a few items. Please follow the below steps:
- Log into your admin portal by going to KidReports.com
- Click the gray Family Members tab
- Click the last name of the family member
- Verify their email address has been entered correctly
- Click View Notices at the top-right of their profile
- Click on the notices to verify they are being processed and delivered
The View Notices section will also have a note saying “OPENED” if the parent has viewed the notice (this applies to emails only).
