How do I send the Welcome Email to all new family members?

When you sign up a new family in KidReports, it’s important to send them the Welcome Email so they can build out their profile and communication preferences. Parents love the options KidReports gives them.

To send Welcome Emails, you can do one of the following:

  1. In the bottom of your administration portal is a set of Quick Links. Click “Send Welcome Email to all New Family Members.” Only NEWLY added family members will receive the Welcome Email.
  2. Go to Settings and select Rooms. Here, you can select the rooms to which you would like to have the Welcome Email sent.
