There is a red bar at the top of the tablet saying events waiting to send. What do I do?
In this event, please click on the wrench icon and then Test Connection. This will test the tablet's connection to the WiFi. If you receive the Test Connection error (Not able to ping server), this indicates that the tablet is not staying connected to the internet. The most common causes for this are as follow:
1) The access points you have in place are not transmitting a signal strong enough to the classrooms.
2) The internet package you have does not provide enough bandwidth to support that many devices and square footage.
3) The internet service provider itself may have been experiencing internet issues themselves.
If your provider helped setup the access points and routers, they should be able to help identify the cause of the lack of connectivity and provide a solution to help get the speeds and access you need.
